Wissenschaftlicher Werdegang
During working more than ten years, I participate in biodiversity conservation and management of the Three North Shelterbelt Programme, which is the most magnificent project of ecological construction in the world. I arrive in more than 200 counties in Shaanxi, Gansu, Ningxia, Qinghai, Xinjiang, Nei Monggol, Beijing, Liaoning, Jilin, Heilongjiang, Anhui, Hunan, Jiangxi, Zhejiang, etc, 18 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions to investigate and research, write lots of research reports about evaluation of biodiversity conservation and management of forestry ecological engineering. In recent years, more than 10 research projects have been participated in vegetation biodiversity evaluation, forest sustainable management, post-evaluation of forestry ecological engineering and forestry policy fields, which are funded by Postdoctoral Science Foundation (PDSF), National Natural Science Foundation(NNSF), State Forestry Administration, (SFA), The Ministry of Science and Technology P.R.China（MOST）,German Technical Cooperation (GTZ), European Union (EU), Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), etc.
